Saumon Cuit Au Four

Hi, everybody.... Long time no see.
Today I going to teach you Simplest Baked Salmon.
Salmon contains high Omega-3 fatty acids, high protein and high vitamins, it is classified as oily fish. Baked salmon doesn't add any oil, so it will be more healthier than fry fish.

  1.  Salmon skin (better with skin on), salt and pepper that's all.
  2. For the Sauce, you will need more basil leaves and olive oil, garlic and lemon juice is up to your favourite.
  3. If you don't like pine nuts or allergy to nuts product, you can take it out.

Salmon:

  1. Preheat your oven in 180 - 200c.
  2. Rub the whole salmon with a little bit of salt and pepper.
  3. Place baking sheet or cooking paper on the baking tray, this can prevent salmon stick on the tray.
  4. Place your salmon with skin down and bake for 12 - 15 mins, maybe lesser.
  5. Take out the tray from oven, turn the salmon with the skin facing on top and bake again for around 10 mins. This can make the skin crunchy.

Pesto Sauce:

  1. Place all the ingredients into food processor or grinding bowl.
  2. Grind until the ingredients become smooth, you can add more olive oil while grinding.
  3. Add salt and pepper to create your favourite taste.

Serve with anything you like. You can serve with asparagus, feta cheese salad or macaroni. Be creative for the side dishes.

bon appétit

Salade de brocoli

Hi Everyone, long time no see.
I have started my University life, it is kind of busy, I have no time to manage my blog last few weeks.

Today I will teach everybody make a tasty healthy broccoli salad. It is easy to make and give you a healthy well-being life.

All you need are:

Salad:

  1.  1 broccoli
  2. Some Walnuts
  3. Some Raisin
  4. Garlic Bread (if you can't buy the instant 1 I will teach you to make a easy garlic bread)
Sauce:
  1. Mustard around 1/2 to 1 cup
  2. Honey 1 - 2 tablespoon
  3. Olive oil and vinegar/ lemon juice little
You can taste the sauce before pouring into salad, if you prefer sweeter sauce you can add more honey, if you prefer sour sauce you can add more vinegar or lemon juice and if you prefer thicker sauce you may add more mustard. You also can add other stuff to create your own sauce such as mayonnaise or some herbs.

Steps:
  1. Cut broccoli into pieces.
  2. In a pot, boil some water with a pinch of salt, add broccoli and cook until the broccoli become lighter green in colour.
  3. Wash broccoli in cold water or ice water. Drain it.
  4. Prepare a small bowl, add mustard, honey, olive oil and vinegar/lemon juice.
  5. Mix well the sauce, give a taste before pouring into salad, so you can create your preferable flavour.
  6. Cut the garlic bread into small pieces.
  7. Put the drained (must dry) broccoli into a plate.
  8. Sprinkles walnuts, raisins on top of the broccoli.
  9. Pour the sauce you made.
  10. Put the garlic bread cubes on top. (Garlic bread cubes need to put last to prevent the garlic bread cubes absorb the sauce and become mushy.)
PS:
To make home made garlic bread is easy, all you need is slice of toast, little crunched garlics and salted butter. You also can buy the garlic butter spread, if you use unsalted butter or margarine, you may add little bit of salt.

  1. Spread the butter on toast, sprinkles some garlics and salt. You may also add herbs.
  2. Cut the toast into cube size, if you cut before bake it, the the shape will be better.
  3. Bake the garlic bread cubes in an oven or toaster. (If you use oven, don't forget to preheat it.)
  4. Bake for few minutes only until the toast is crunchy in around 150 degree C.
  5. Take your bread cubes out and let it cool down ( just a while) and you can feel the crunchiness of the toast.
Be careful, garlic bread easy to burn. Don't turn the temperature too high while you using oven, and keep your eyes on the bread cubes.
